runDisney Virtual Running Shorts returns in 2017

Unable to participate in one of the runDisney events or you just want one extra reason to run? The runDisney Virtual Running Shorts return this Summer. These Virtual Running Shorts are also a great way to prepare yourselves for one of the runDisney events at Walt Disney World, Disneyland or Disneyland Paris.
These Virtual Races will go on sale Tuesday, April 11, 2017. The series includes three 5Ks you can complete from whichever course you choose, whether that’s through your neighborhood, on the treadmill or at your local park. Participants will receive a uniquely designed finisher medal for each 5K completed plus a challenge medal for completing all three virtual 5Ks.

Each virtual race costs $39 to enter. Cost for the entire series is $142. Runners will receive a Disney-themed Finisher’s Medal for each race completed within 30 days of their final race.
