No More Saving Seats for the Main Street Electrical Parade

According to an update on The Hub which has been leaked to MiceChat, saving a seat for the Main Street Electrical Parade at Disneyland is a thing from the past. Cast Members have been instructed that guests are no longer allowed to save a seat before Guest Show Operations has completed the setup of the viewing areas along the parade route. Cast Members also received instructions to ask guests to not save seats for party members who are not present.

These updates guidelines will ensure that everybody will be able to view the Main Street Electrical Parade, and not just those guests who camp out to have a good spot along the route. This will also help first-time visitors enjoy the parade. We hope that this guideline will be extended to other parades and experiences as well.
