Karibuni Marketplace Opens at Hong Kong Disneyland

Today Karibuni Marketplace opened at Hong Kong Disneyland. This new African-inspired trading post in Adventureland is named after the Swahili word which means “welcome”.
Guests can enjoy interactive games, shop for unique souvenirs and try some exotic snacks. Several of your Disney friends like Princess Jasmine and Genie from Aladdin, as well as Rafiki and Timon from The Lion King will also be available for Meet ‘n Greets.
The addition of Karibuni Marketplace is one of many that will happen in the next few years. HKDL is currently undergoing a massive multi-year transformation.
