How to visit Disneyland Paris with an Annual Pass once it reopens

Once Disneyland Paris opens its doors again on July 15, 2020, things are different for Annual Pass holders. Following similar restrictions as at other Disney Parks, Disneyland Paris has its own set of changes. You can find a list of some frequently asked questions below.

How to find your new Annual Pass Expiration Date

You can review he new expiration date by visiting the following website. You will see the new expiry date on the homepage. While this page is only meant for Infinity Annual Pass holders, at the moment all Annual Pass Holders can visit this page. The new expiration date will take into account: 123 closing days + 30 additional days. You can read more about the extension of the Annual Pass expiration date by clicking here.

How can I visit Disneyland Paris with an Annual Pass?

Upon reopening the capacity of Disney Parks will be limited. This is done to meet the standards in terms of physical distancing. The general subscription conditions of the Annual Passes do not guarantee access to the Disney Parks in case of heavy crowds.

As an Annual Pass holder, you have reserve access for the dates you which to visit the parks. Early July, a dedicated booking platform will be made available on the Disneyland Paris website.

The reservation can be  made by entering your Annual Pass number and indicating the desired date of visit. You will need to show this reservation as well as your Annual Pass to be able to access the Disney Parks (subject to availability).

Why are some days are not available for booking with my Annual Pass?

Reservations can only be made for dates that are valid for your Annual Pass. If you have a Discovery, Magic Flex or Magic Plus Annual Pass, you cannot reserve the restricted dates corresponding to your Annual Pass.

Discovery Annual Pass and blocked out dates

To ensure Discovery Annual Passes can benefit from this extension,  some restricted dates have been removed. At the moment the following restrictions have been removed:

  • July 27th to 31st, 2020
  • August 3rd to 7th, 2020
  • August 10th to 13th, 2020
  • August 17th to 21st, 2020

Disney Parks access with a Disney Hotel with Annual Pass Discount

While it is still possible to book a Disney Hotel using your Annual Pass discount, you still require to make reservation via the dedicated booking platform which will become available early July. Just a Disney Hotel reservation doesn’t guarantee access to the Disney Parks.

You will not be able to access the parks on a block-out day, when your Annual Pass is restricted, even if you have reserved a room night. In this case, buy a standard day-ticket.

We are visiting as a family with Annual Passes

Each guest has to hold an active reservation for the day(s) they which to visit the Disneyland Paris Parks.

Can I cancel a park reservation?

Park reservations can be cancelled using the same system as used for the reservation up until 10 a.m. (Paris time) on the day for which they have been made.

Do note that when a park reservation is made, but not used or cancelled, Euro Disney reserves the right to deny access to the Park Reservation System and/or to cancel any other reservation made with the same Annual Pass during the 14 following days, starting from the date of the non-honored visit.

Temporary Annual Pass

If you have purchased a temporary Annual Pass (voucher) which expired during the parks closure or which is value until September 30th, 2020 the following options are available:

  • Temporary Annual Pass (voucher), which expires between March 14th and September 30th, 2020 will be automatically extended until March 31, 2021
  • If you have bought a temporary Annual Pass on the Disneyland Paris website, you must download it before the initial expiry date
