Healthy and Safety Measures when Disneyland Paris reopens

As Disneyland Paris will start its phased reopening on July 15th, it is good to know that when you visit, some things might have changed. Below you will find infographics explaining every change.

At the Parks and Disney Village

When you visit Disneyland Park ,Walt Disney Studios Park or Disney Village, you have to take the following things into account:

  • You need to have a dated ticket, or an online registration. Without any of these, you won’t be allowed in
  • Face coverings are mandatory for Guests (age 11 and up) and Cast Members
  • At least 1 meter physical distancing needs to be taken into account
  • Hands needs to be washed regularly, more than 2000 hand sanitizer dispensers will be made available through the resort
  • You can still take selfies with Mickey and Friends, but there will be no close-up interactions
  • Later this summer, Jungle Book Jive, and The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands will return
  • The use of contactless Payments is recommended
  • Enhanced cleaning measures will be taken
  • Reduced capacity of restaurants and shops will be in place
  • The configuration of rides will be adapted to allow for the appropriate physical distance. This can lead to increase wait times

At the Disneyland Paris Hotels

At the hotels, similar guidelines as at the parks will be in place. However, some things are unique to the hotels.

  • Express Check-in and Check-out will be used where possible
  • Physical Distance of 1 meter will be in place
  • Sneeze Guards will be in place at the front desk
  • One family per elevator
  • Hand sanitizer locations will be made available throughout all hotels
  • Buffet restaurants at the hotels will be replaced with a new “all-you-can-eat” table service
  • Reduced capacity at pools and gyms
  • Guests (age 11 and up) and Cast Member will have to wear face coverings (except when dining)
  • All hotels will be deep cleaned before reopening
  • Enhanced cleaning of high-touch areas
  • Housekeeping will not enter a room unless requested
  • Double pillow cases will be used
  • Room service will be adapted with physical distancing measures
  • Adapted room amenities (several items will be individually wrapped)
  • Enhanced cleaning after guest departure
