Premier Access Soft Opens at Disneyland Paris
Published: agosto 3, 2021 / Last Updated: agosto 3, 2021 / By: Arvid Bux
Premier Access will be officially launched on Aug 5, 2021, but today it soft-opened. The Premier Access is front and center when you open the Disneyland Paris app. So let’s have a quick look at the experience. Thanks to DLPReport for bringing this to our attention!
Premier Access Pricing
A first look at the pricing shows that it is all over the board. There seems to be no standard pricing which is the same for all rides for that particular day. As mentioned, prices might be different depending on what day you visit the parks.
For Disneyland Parks we see the following prices:
- Autopia – 8 euros
- Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast – 15 euros
- Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain – 9 euros
- Star Tours: The Adventures Continue – 8 euros
- Big Thunder Mountain – 12 euros
- Peter Pan’s Flight – 15 euros
For Walt Disney Studios Park we see the following prices:
- Ratatouille: The Adventure – 12 euros
- The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror – 15 euros
We would love to understand how the pricing is defined as there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it.
Standby Pass or not?
While navigating the app, we noticed that the rides that do have Premier Access enabled, also have Standby Pass active. But the experience really depends on how you navigate through the app. Because when you open the ride through Premier Access, Standby Pass is there. When you directly navigate to the ride, no mention of Standby Pass and you just see the standard wait time.
