Destijds was de voormalige attractie Submarine Voyage in Walt Disney World altijd iets waar ik naar uitkeek. En toen ik Disneyland Parijs voor het eerst bezocht, was ik erg enthousiast omdat de eerste attractie die ik wilde zien Les Myst\u00e8res du Nautilus was. Nu natuurlijk wel, en hoewel het nog steeds erg gebaseerd is op de klassieke Disneyfilm, hebben we vandaag een nieuw verhaal ge\u00efntroduceerd dat de wonderen van het zeeleven in onze oceanen viert.<\/p><div class=\"trave-content trave-entity-placement\" id=\"trave-3888468787\"><div id=\"trave-4035798507\" class=\"gas_fallback-ad_104192--placement_105828\"><!--noptimize--><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-1598899063104014\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-1598899063104014\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"8620325326\" \ndata-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<!--\/noptimize--><\/div><\/div>\n<p><strong>Wat was jouw rol in dit project?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Daniel:<\/strong> Binnen de Illusion Development Group hier bij Imagineering begint mijn rol met nadenken over hoe we iets zo magisch en realistisch mogelijk kunnen maken zonder dat we dat daadwerkelijk doen. En dus bespraken we voor de Nautilus de show en hoe we de Grand Salon Sc\u00e8ne konden &#8216;plussen&#8217; met nieuwe technologie en technieken die nog niet beschikbaar waren toen de attractie 30 jaar geleden voor het eerst open ging. We hebben gebrainstormd en kwamen met een techniek die er 3D uitziet, ge\u00efnspireerd op een van onze oudste trucs in het bedrijf: de multiplane camera. We zijn nu bijna twee jaar geleden begonnen, eerst met het zoeken naar referentiebeelden van onderwaterwonderen. Aan de technische kant hebben we de showbesturing en de verlichting veranderd naar LED-technologie en hebben we alle speciale effecten ge\u00fcpgraded. Er was ook een complete opknapbeurt van al onze rekwisieten en accessoires in de hele attractie door onze teams van de Disneyland Paris Central Shop. Het orgel is bijvoorbeeld helemaal opgeknapt op basis van de echte rekwisiet uit de film. Er is ook veel werk verricht aan de iris zelf om ervoor te zorgen dat deze snel en vloeiend opent en sluit, passend bij onze nieuwe show.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Waar kunnen gasten van genieten aan boord?<\/strong><\/p><div class=\"trave-content trave-entity-placement\" id=\"trave-1793758757\"><div id=\"trave-3906823192\" class=\"gas_fallback-ad_104192--placement_105828\"><!--noptimize--><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-1598899063104014\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-1598899063104014\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"8620325326\" \ndata-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<!--\/noptimize--><\/div><\/div>\n<p><strong>Louise:<\/strong> Onze gasten gaan de wonderen van de oceanen ervaren terwijl ze leuke weetjes leren over de onderwaterwereld. Om die boodschap over te brengen, hebben we een nieuwe soundtrack opgenomen die speciaal voor de attractie is georkestreerd en een nieuw verhaal geschreven door onze showschrijvers. Het leuke was dat we bij dat project samenwerkten met ons dierenprogramma in EPCOT &#8211; zeebiologen en dierenverzorgers. allerlei getalenteerde en verbazingwekkende mensen die we binnen de Walt Disney Company hebben die elke dag met het leven in zee werken. Deze wetenschappelijke bronnen gaven de attractie Nautilus een realistisch gevoel dat voorheen niet mogelijk was.
