Lopen langs de inhammen en de oceaan zorgt voor geweldige uitzichten. De laatste paar keer dat we in Aulani waren, ben ik &#8217;s ochtends gaan hardlopen. Het pad langs de stranden, dat de bochten van de inhammen volgt, is perfect voor een 3k of 5k loop. De vochtigheid en de temperatuur kunnen heel snel oplopen, en hoe vroeger je begint met hardlopen, hoe minder problemen je met de hitte zult hebben.<\/p><div class=\"trave-content trave-entity-placement\" id=\"trave-1711999167\"><div id=\"trave-2144836837\" class=\"gas_fallback-ad_104192--placement_105828\"><!--noptimize--><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-1598899063104014\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-1598899063104014\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"8620325326\" \ndata-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<!--\/noptimize--><\/div><\/div>\n<p>De keren dat ik ging hardlopen, was het al 80 graden Fahrenheit (~26 celsius) en het zou 80% vochtigheid bereiken. Dus misschien zou zelfs vroeger gaan beter voor je zijn. Langs het pad zie je mensen sporten, yogalessen volgen, en nog veel meer.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-47926 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.traveltothemagic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Disney-Aulani-Run-5k-e1651953770613.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"753\" height=\"456\"><\/p>\n<p>Zoals u op de afbeelding hierboven ziet, volgt de route de verschillende lagunes: Ko Hola Lagoon, Honu Lagoon, Nai&#8217;a Lagoon, en de Ulua Lagoon. Als je bij de Ko Olina Marina bent, maak je een lus in het Ko Olina Beach Park.<\/p><div class=\"trave-content trave-entity-placement\" id=\"trave-837057102\"><div id=\"trave-2886001579\" class=\"gas_fallback-ad_104192--placement_105828\"><!--noptimize--><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-1598899063104014\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-1598899063104014\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"8620325326\" \ndata-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<!--\/noptimize--><\/div><\/div>\n<p>Wat ik normaal doe is naar het strand lopen via de trap bij Aulani, en daar linksaf gaan. Als je eenmaal terug bent bij Aulani nadat je heen en weer bent gerend naar Ko Olina Beach Park, moet je een lus maken voor het Four Seasons. Het pad zelf is maar ongeveer 3k, dus je moet delen dubbel lopen als je 5k of meer wilt lopen.<\/p>\n<h2>Monniksrob slapend op het strand<\/h2>\n<p>Op een morgen, toen ik klaar was met hardlopen, zag ik een bord op het strand, en het was voor een monniksrob die op het strand in slaap was gevallen. Het bord laat mensen tenminste weten dat ze uit de buurt moeten blijven.
