Tokyo Disney Resort\u00ae will celebrate spring with special programs from April 4 through June 14, 2017 at Tokyo Disneyland\u00ae Park and Tokyo DisneySea\u00ae Park. This year the special spring event \u201cDisney\u2019s Easter\u201d will be presented at both Parks for the first time in two years, giving Guests even more opportunities to enjoy the colorful springtime season at Tokyo Disney Resort.<\/p>\n
At Tokyo Disneyland, the bunny-eared, mischief-making egg characters, \u201cUsatama*,\u201d make their debut in the Park and cause a big commotion in the special event, \u201cDisney\u2019s Easter.\u201d The Disney Friends were busy making Easter eggs in preparation for Easter when a breakdown at the Easter egg factory led to the \u201cUsatama\u201d characters escaping into the Park and creating pandemonium! Along the parade route the Disney Friends try to catch the runaway \u201cUsatama\u201d characters in \u201cUsatama on the Run!\u201d<\/p>\n
Mickey Mouse and Friends dressed as \u201cUsatama Chasers\u201d attempt to catch the mischievous \u201cUsatama\u201d characters with giant vacuum cleaners and butterfly nets in this fun and zany, brand new parade. Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde from the Disney film Zootopia make their Park debut as they join the Disney Friends in the chase to catch the \u201cUsatama\u201d characters. Guests can also have fun with the new Egg Hunt Program \u201cSearch for \u2018Usatama\u2019!\u201d (no extra fees apply). Each participating Guest will receive a map and can follow the hints to find the hidden \u201cUsatama\u201d characters as they make their way towards the goal.<\/p>\n
At Tokyo DisneySea, \u201cDisney\u2019s Easter\u201d is back for the first time since 2015. The Park will be decorated with colorful Easter eggs and beautiful flowers, and the Disney\u00a0Friends will be sporting this season\u2019s must-have fashion item, the Easter \u201cBunny\u201d Bonnet (a prettily decorated hat complete with bunny ears) to make Easter at Tokyo DisneySea a fashionably fun event. Presented at Mediterranean Harbor is \u201cFashionable Easter.\u201d This special show features the Disney friends in colorful new costumes, and artists from American Waterfront, Mermaid Lagoon and two other themed ports wearing wonderfully stylish outfits as they present music and dances that represent the themes of the different ports. Mediterranean Harbor will also feature colorful decorations with Easter egg and Easter \u201cBunny\u201d Bonnet motifs for an elegant and stylish Easter.
